Josh is a dynamic and innovative Mechanical Engineer with strong technical skills and a background in sustainable design, and start-up environments. His engineering journey began in his dad’s garage, where hands-on projects sparked a curiosity that continues to drive his career.

With experience as a Mechanical & Innovation Engineer at Magway Limited, Josh played a key role in leading a high-impact unloading system project focused on sustainability and innovative delivery solutions. His skills extend across CAD modeling, engineering calculations, 3D printing, and process development, with notable achievements including designing and building a personal CNC machine from scratch, expanding his own manufacturing capabilities.

Josh brings entrepreneurial experience to the team, having run a woodworking and electronics business during his university years. In this role, he managed all aspects of the business, including marketing, inventory, shipping, finances, and custom machinery creation, blending creativity with technical know-how.

A First-Class MEng Mechanical Engineering graduate from the University of Leeds, Josh earned Dean’s List Honours for Academic Excellence. His academic contributions include pioneering projects such as robotic systems and haptic handwriting tools designed to aid motor learning.

A proactive problem-solver, Josh is committed to quality, efficiency, and continuous learning. Outside of work, he enjoys woodworking, electronics, 3D printing, and drumming, and is passionate about mentoring younger generations through STEM workshops.
