Jeremy has spent over 33 years delivering major live events all over the world. From creating a 360 degree canvas for ABBA’s immersive concert experience, to designing the first ever touring cable net for Ed Sheeran’s landmark Mathematics tour, Jeremy’s breadth of knowledge and experience makes him skilled at helping clients deliver the seemingly impossible.
Starting out as a lighting crew chief on projects such as the Queens’ Golden Jubilee Celebrations (2002), and Genesis’ 47-date European tour (1998), Jeremy’s skill set quickly broadened to include production and technical design. This led him to set up Wonder Works with Piers Shepperd in 2013, and the business has since grown to include a team of twelve employees that represent the very best in technical design, production design, venue design, engineering, production management and event strategy. With Wonder Works Jeremy has overseen numerous pioneering projects through concept, design and delivery – managing major budgets, as well as a multitude of suppliers and contractors through all aspects of the artistic and technical process.
Jeremy has collaborated with the Rolling Stones for over two decades, worked in 50 countries including Ashgabat where he led the technical design and development for the biggest ever cultural celebration in Central Asia, and contributed to over ten Olympic Ceremonies including Athens, Turin, Beijing, London, Rio and Tokyo. Whether it’s a world tour, an immersive experience or a major Olympic event, it is Jeremy’s innovative approach and attention to detail that has earned him a legion of loyal collaborators.
An expert problem solver and a self confessed geek, Jeremy has become the ‘go-to’ production and technical designer for many global superstars. Returning clients include the Rolling Stones, AD/DC, Robbie Williams, Genesis, Roger Waters, Rammstein and Ed Sheeran. Jeremy’s innovative designs have even found critical acclaim, with U2’s iconic 360 Claw Stage awarded ‘Best Stage Show’ at the 2009 TPI Awards, and Ed Sheeran’s Mathematics tour winning IQ’s ‘Tour of the Year 2022‘ and ‘Production of the Year’ at the 2023 TPI Awards.
In between major events Jeremy likes being a hands-on dad, dog walking and cycling up steep hills in Majorca.
